New Computer Causes Problems...

Last Saturday, my bf and i went to sim lim square to shop for the parts for the computer... It was quite a rush for us to shop for all the things by 2hrs. Actually we forgot to buy the main part of the computer the processor...

Ended up we went there at about 9pm after our $12 seafood dinner at marina bay. When we reached there, most of the shop are closed so we try to look around the shopping mall to see if there are any shop that is open and we are lucky to find one which is going to close their shop soon. We manage to get it the processor from them...

When we reached home we tried to fix it and we actually didnt check the motherboard before buying. Ended up we bought a hard disk that is not suitable for the computer.

The next day which is Sunday we went back to change it and came back home to fix... We fixed in the new hard disk and etc. Ended the power supply that we bought burst into flames. But luckily the motherboard was safe. We realised that the power supply was faulty as the power supply that came with the casing that we used all along for trials was prefectly in good conditions.

We did not use the power supply by the casing is because some of the wires needed are not there... Thus ended up we went to jurong point (a shopping mall nearby my house) to buy a new one. As we know that the sales person will not change the power supply for us...

Finally the full computer is fixed but we nid to buy more fans or water cooling system for the processor as overheating occurs quite often... Hopefully this new computer will not cause me so much trouble again...

Haze is fully gone in Singapore after hitting PSI 150 saturday night... We are quite lucky to be out of the way. This is due to the change in the direction of the wind. Hopefully by the time i reach malaysia i would not be hit by the haze... I just hope that...

Friends and relatives in Malaysia do take good care of urself. Drink more water. Eat more vegetable and fruits... If eye irritates put more eye drops...

go to my roommate's blog

and read how he gets a wonderful journey in Singapore. Now at least I can imagine how Marine Bay looks like. Marine or Marina?

By the way I just watched Krrish, an Indian movie with Eng subtitles, it's so nice, they makes Singapore an attractive tourism spot.
