USA Trip (Day 5)

Friday

Chilling, Extreme cold, and other words that can describe the cold... It's -5 degrees plus big gust of wind blowing!!! I'm shivering like hell... Luckily a warm cup of Hot chocolate from the Starbucks Cafe warmed me up... Then continue my journey to buy the tickets to Liberty Island...

The queue was quite long... So we stand in the cold for like 30mins b4 we could go through the sercurity and up onto the boat to Liberty Island... But i did enjoy the wait... Bcos a black guy strip off his jacket, sweater and shirt and perform for us to see... He was telling us it's nt as cold as u imagine and our mind is tricking us... This guy did that just to asked for money... Soon after that we board the boat and were on our journey to liberty island... It's just a few minutes travel..

Finally we've reached liberty island... We have taken some photos there and just walk around... Nthin much there also...

After liberty island, the boat travel to Elise Island but we didnt get off the boat... On the island there's a musuem and it looks just like a castle...

Then the boat went back to NY and this time we got off and went uptown to the grand central station to have our lunch... Some nice lighting from the station are taken down with the camera... We go there is to have our lunch and see the laser show-- i didnt take any picture cos nt nice... I bought a pen there... The pen was a real nice one if i've got chance i will take a photo and post up the blog...

And we decided to go to Rockafella to see the big christmas tree and the decoration there...

After that we went Kinokuniya... I bought a Japanese anime 2006 Calender there and my sis bought a knitting book...

I ended my day at the disney store. We went there to have a look but we didnt buy anything as we are goin to Disney World soon...

We went home to have our dinner... The dinner was leftover food from the Thanksgiving day...
