Food Blogs

I was kinda disturb when i accidentially stumble upon this blog... As Food is something that is kinda subjective to individual's tasting...

Also one question i would like to post to the person who open up the blog... May i know for those review posted 3 years ago is it still as accurate as it is now ??

Food maybe nice before they are famous... But will they stay as nice?

For me i think is the Chef's that is the one able to make up nice food. Not the stall... As a stall may have a few chef but not all of them can really cook up good and yummy food...

Also do anyone really know how food in other countries taste like before it came over to Singapore ??

Obviously no... Even in their own country there are nice and not...

A trip with the travel agency... Do you really think that you have taste all the nice food around the region ? Or do you need someone who really stay there in a long term and who also loves to eat to bring you around ? Or even you go look around the area yourself ??

It's really up to individual to find the food that suits themselves... Famous but then it may not be taste nice...

See queues of people lining up for the food... Then you also follow them... Or even see the signboard paste Channel U food proggramme and just queue up for it.

I can tell you is that a famous stall may not really be something that you like... Believe it or not... For anyone who have been to Bukit Batok for the Hokkien Prawn Mee stall before and after it is famous you will know what i mean...

For anyone who wish to taste good food, taste it yourself. When it comes to food it's really subjective... One may even cook better than those people who cook in the stall.

For a food lover like me... I will not blog out as i know that people only tend to follow what is so called popular and not go according to their taste...

Pasta in Singapore and Pasta in Italy ? Which is better? Or it is the same ? Anyone been there before to try out a shop that is hiding in one corner ? Anyone have try out pasta sauce with real tomato pulp?

Hokkien Mee from Zi Char Store.... Anyone taste one that can cook till the smell of the yellow noodles is no longer there? Anyone taste one that have thick gravy yet smooth when u drink it?

Oyster Omelette... Have anyone taste one that have real fresh oyster that can give a pop sound when you eat it ? A plate of it with more egg and lesser flour ? A plate with well mixture of both flour and egg?

Chicken Rice Stall. With juicy meat and yummy soup? Char Siew which has only lean meat or fatty meat ??

All these are just examples of personal taste... Popular being rated by someone doesnt really mean is nice food...

One more thing i would like to ask is if you have relatives coming from other countries would you bring them to the famous stall or would you just bring them to the nearby area for a meal when they just had only a day in Singapore.

Taste it yourselve don't just follow what others do...
